Caroline Masullo (IMC06) is the head of U.S. digital engagement at McDonald's Corporation.
Previously, she was the director of digital marketing at Pizza Hut, U.S. Her responsibilities include all e-commerce platforms, CRM strategy (including loyalty, email, and SMS), and social platforms.
“Yum Brands (Pizza Hut, Inc.) is a consumer marketing-led corporation, so the Medill IMC program was the perfect immersion in learning how to build consumer connections and drive engagement so that consumers ‘buy into’ a brand and what it believes in — versus just "buy" a brand,” she says.
A highlight of her graduate school experience was visiting major global corporations in China and Japan that were living, breathing examples of the tenets of IMC.
