Integrated Marketing Communications Graduate Program

Our students spend 15 months learning how to understand an organization’s customers and how to communicate with them to achieve a desired result. All students take core classes in topics such as statistics, market research, consumer insights and communications then take elective courses to develop specialties in the following areas: Brand + Advertising Strategy; Corporate Communications/Public Relations; Direct + Interactive Marketing; Marketing Analytics and Media Management. For more information, please see the Graduate IMC Program page.    

Undergraduate Integrated Marketing Certificate Program

Students from across Northwestern University who meet GPA and course pre-requisites are able to complete a Certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications. The certificate consists of two required courses, Introduction to IMC and Consumer Insights, and three elective courses. Course options include: Introduction to Public Relations Strategy +  Tactics; Message Strategy +  Writing for Persuasion; Media/Message Delivery; Market Research and Database Marketing. For more information, please see the IMC Certificate Program page.
