Proving the relationship between customer engagement and purchase behavior, the Medill IMC Spiegel Research Center is focused on evidence-based, data-driven analysis. The center’s research has included proving the financial impact of consumer behavior in social media, mobile devices, customer reviews and more. The experienced SRC researchers provide evidence that shows which types of customer engagement with media and brands results in financial impact.

Spiegel research fellows

As a Spiegel fellow, you work with a team to do original research guided by Spiegel researchers. You conduct the research process from start to finish and produce findings that can be published on a variety of topics related to SRC’s work. By being a fellow, you can pursue your curiosities in marketing communications by working with real client data to find new insights.

You have IMC courses you will take as a fellow, including an independent study with SRC. A maximum of five students are selected to be fellows each year. All students are eligible to apply. Fellows receive a stipend upon successful completion of the fellowship.
