Harley-Davidson Great Lakes Challenge

IMC 398 (Elective)

The Harley-Davidson Great Lakes Challenge will complete a project for the company in competition with an undergraduate class from Michigan State University. Harley wishes to increase its owner base by 2,000,000 individuals over the next few years. Potential new owners are classified as “interested” or as having expressed an “intent to purchase.” Our project will address the need to improve conversion among the intender group into actual purchasers and the need to reduce the conversion time. This total IMC project will incorporate and build upon your learning from the three core courses.
