The IT Staff is here to answer your questions and help you troubleshoot any computing problems you may face with hardware, software and other equipment.  Please call the general Medill IT Helpdesk at 847-467-7900, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Hardware, Operating Systems (OS), and Networking
Contact one of the Medill IT staff members if you are having connectivity issues with your laptop, Medill servers, Medill printers or other Medill-specific hardware.

Software Usage and Development
Contact one of the Teaching Technology staff members if you have questions about any of the multimedia software programs.
