This competition honors the best public interest magazine journalism of the year. Entries are due in January for work produced in the previous year.
The Ida B. Wells Award
Medill is home to the award bearing Wells’ name, which honors media executives whose actions demonstrate a commitment to a diverse newsroom or coverage of minorities in American journalism.
