Event open to the public will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15 in Chicago

Innovate, Integrate Motivate: talentQ Expo 2018; Nov. 15, Chicago

TalentQ, a student-led Northwestern Medill Integrated Marketing Communications committee dedicated to bridging the gap between Northwestern students and marketing professionals, will host its annual expo on the evening of Thursday, Nov. 15. This year’s event will be held at Northwestern’s Thorne Auditorium in downtown Chicago and will center around the theme of “Innovate, Integrate, Motivate.”

With today’s technological advancements and ever-changing marketing industry, it is more important than ever for brands to know how to evolve while still remaining true to their core. Companies must strive to remain innovative both externally and internally, able to integrate such innovations into their business and inspire the motivation to develop and progress even further.

What does successful innovation look like within a company today? What can marketers do to ensure they’re remaining fresh and innovative in a rapidly changing industry? This year’s TalentQ expo will answer these questions and more and is open to Northwestern students, alumni and the local marketing community at large.

The keynote address of this year’s expo will be delivered by Heather Malenshek, senior vice president marketing and brand (CMO) at Harley-Davidson. The program will also include a panel discussion with innovative marketing professionals and showcases from student groups and the Spiegel Research Center. The evening will also feature an opportunity for networking and light refreshments.
