Submit Deposit

We're excited you've chosen Medill. To accept your offer of admission, please submit your tuition deposit.

Submitting your deposit confirms your enrollment and triggers communications that help you prepare for the IMC program. You can pay either by credit card or check.

Pay by credit card

Activate your NetID and password, then wait 24 hours. Log on to CAESARNorthwestern's student information portal. CAESAR is a secure website that hosts a variety of important information, including financial aid and student account information.

Scroll down to the "Make tuition and housing deposit" link. Click "Make Deposit" next to "Tuition Deposit." This will take you to the Northwestern Commerce Manager payer window. Select your method of payment, complete the requested information and click "continue." For your security, log off and close your browser after you have finished.

Pay by check

Please send a check made out to Northwestern University to the Office of Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid at the address below. Please write your student ID number in the memo section of your check. You should also include a brief note that states your name and indicates that the check is for your tuition deposit.
