For Current Medill Undergraduate Students

In the fall quarter, advisers in Medill Career Services and the Office of Student Life will be working remotely. Making an appointment is the best way to speak with an adviser, but if you have an urgent request, you can call the virtual front desk during business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT) at 847-467-1882.

Students can also expect events hosted by Medill Student Services to take place virtually during this time.

The latest information for current Medill students is located on Canvas, with additional advising notices sent through Inspire. Please log into your account to find your class Canvas site.

Academic advising: Students are encouraged to continue to make appointments using Inspire. Students will have the option to meet virtually via Zoom or phone with their adviser. Please put your phone number in the advising note when you create the appointment.

Career advising: Students are encouraged to continue to make appointments using Handshake. Students will have the option to meet virtually via Zoom or phone with their adviser. Please put your phone number in the advising survey when you create the appointment.
