Medill Continued Learning for Alumni
Medill is launching a continued learning program that will allow alumni to continue their Medill education beyond graduation.
The first course will be “The Art and Science of Customer Experience Design.” Taking place in New York City’s iconic Meatpacking District, participants will engage in immersive learning activities throughout the neighborhood to observe how brands are engaging their customers.
Students will receive a Medill Executive Education Continued Learning Certificate

Here is a tentative agenda for the course:
- 9 am – Check in
- 9:30 am - 11 am – Walking lectures around the Meatpacking District
- 11:15 am - 12:30 pm – Group project on brand personas
- 12:30 pm - 2 pm – Observations summary and working lunch
- 2 pm - 2:45 pm – Lecture
- 3 pm - 4 pm – Prepare group presentations
- 4 pm - 5:30 pm – Deliver presentations to group and industry panel discussion
- 5:30 pm – 6 pm – Closing reception

Location: Visits to nearby locations throughout the day
Cost: $500; charge covers registration, lunch and a reception
