J.A. Adande will join the Medill School starting in September as director of the new sports journalism program and as a faculty member. While in this new role, Adande will continue to contribute to various ESPN platforms.

Marshall, a member of Medill’s Hall of Achievement, is the creator and producer of numerous television shows including “Happy Days,” “Laverne and Shirley,” “The Odd Couple” and “Mork and Mindy.”
