Robert Feder

Robert Feder (BSJ78) is a member of the Medill Hall of Achievement.

Feder is currently a media blogger in Chicago. When Feder stepped down in 2008 as television and radio columnist at the Chicago Sun-Times, the revered John Callaway called him “one of the most powerful persons in Chicago broadcasting.”

For nearly 30 years, Feder kept tabs on the media beat in his authoritative and news-breaking column, which was considered a must-read throughout the industry. His blog is now independently run under a licensing agreement with the Daily Herald.
