Frank Main

Frank Main (MSJ87) reported for Tulsa World, The Advocate (La.) and The Cincinnati/Kentucky Post after his graduation from Medill.  He joined the staff of The Chicago Sun-Times in 1998, where he later won a Pulitzer Prize for local reporting. Main helped expose the no-snitch code that persists in Chicago’s most crime-ridden neighborhoods, working with fellow Sun-Times reporter Mark Konkol and photographer John J. Kim.
