Alpesh Patel joined TruGreen as their CMO/CDO in March 2023. He leads digital, lead generation, and consumer experience transformation for the $2B outdoor and lawn care company PE owned by CD&R.
 
Prior to that, he served as the CMO/CDO for PE (Advent) owned Culligan International Company, a role he held for 5+ years. Over this time, he accelerated organic growth by leading a digital and marketing transformation for the company, delivering a 4x increase in online lead generation, a 2x increase in website conversion, and a >30% increase in sales conversion rate and helped grow revenues from $500M to $2.5B. He shifted identification of Culligan from an industrial company to a consumer products/services company, expanding multiple from sale 42% and creating a $1B increase in market valuation. Culligan was sold in 2021 at 15.6X EBITDA (3.6X MOIC). 
 
Prior to joining Culligan, Patel was SVP of Marketing for Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN), an M&A portfolio of leading sports and lifestyle nutrition brands with revenues of €1.1B. He also served as SVP/CMO of privately owned UCI-Fram Group, a $2 billion branded automotive parts manufacturer, VP of Marketing for the MillerCoors Company, a Principal for the Zyman Group (a privately held boutique marketing strategy consulting firm), where he ran their Chicago office, and helped grow the firm from $10M to $65M in revenue before selling to MDC Partners.
 
Patel received his early training in digital marketing as a Director of E-Commerce for AOL/Time Warner (2000-2001) and in brand management as Global Brand Manager for Procter & Gamble (1996-2000) in Laundry where he was promoted on unprecedented timing (2 and ½ years).
