Amanda McLaughlin Bland is Executive Vice President of Finance and Corporate Strategy at Yellowbird. She partners with the CEO on corporate, channel, and growth strategy, evaluating opportunities across retail, e-commerce, and alternative channels, and serves as the senior executive over finance, accounting, HR, business insights, customer service, and marketing. Her remit spans budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, along with executive- and board-level KPI frameworks that connect financial, marketing, and customer metrics.

Bland has spent more than a decade building finance and analytics functions for high-growth CPG brands. At Koia, she rose from analytics lead to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, serving as the senior finance and analytics leader as the company scaled from roughly $20M to $65M in annual revenue. She designed the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning systems that supported that growth and partnered with leadership on pricing, margin, and investment decisions. At Protein2o, she led corporate development and shaped the brand's relaunch and go-to-market strategy through financial, consumer, and performance analysis. Earlier, at SPINS, she advised natural and organic brands on segmentation, pricing, and market entry.

Bland holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications, with a specialization in marketing analytics and strategic communications, from Medill and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Northwestern University. As a student-athlete on the Women's Lacrosse team, she was a 2012 Division I national champion and earned Big Ten academic honors.
