Her career includes shopper insights and category management roles at organizations such as Circana, Wm. Wrigley Jr Company, and SC Johnson. Currently, Millar serves as vice president, Shopper Insights and Solutions in Kantar's Retail practice, where she is the commercial product lead for Kantar ShopperScape® which is a licensed-based offering providing thought leadership to the industry.
