Christine Lee is a senior marketing executive with extensive experience in customer insights and customer experience strategy. With a career spanning over three decades, Lee has a proven track record of driving initiatives and fostering innovation across various industries.
She is the Founder and CEO of IDI Analytics LLC, where she combines her expertise in corporate strategy, consumer research, market analytics, and finance to deliver customer-centric insights that shape strategic plans for diverse clients, including major restaurants, real estate and service organizations.
Lee's notable tenure at McDonald’s Corporation showcases her leadership in roles such as senior director of customer experience engagement and insights, where she led a team focused on measuring customer feedback and creating insights from operations research. She developed frameworks and used cutting-edge technology to enhance customer interactions and drive operational efficiency.
She further demonstrated her strategic acumen in her role as senior director of strategy and innovation, where she championed new pathways to customer-centric innovation, including the successful identification and implementation of the all-day breakfast concept.
