LuCinda Vacura

LuCinda Vacura is a marketing, communications, and business development leader with extensive experience advancing purpose-driven organizations. Vacura serves as an advisor to the Cause Marketing Initiative, where she guides student teams in providing pro bono marketing services to nonprofit clients. She supports strategic partnerships, community engagement, and thought leadership efforts that advance the field of social impact marketing.

Vacura previously served as Vice President of Business Development & Marketing at Alford Group, a national consultancy serving nonprofit clients. There, she led marketing and brand strategy, identified and engaged key audiences, and strengthened long-term client partnerships.

Prior to that, Vacura held leadership roles within multiple nonprofit organizations, including the Union of Concerned Scientists and Environment America. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and continues to share her expertise to help organizations achieve meaningful, lasting impact.
