The Medill Women in Leadership brunch is a thought leadership summit designed to celebrate and empower women in media, marketing, and communications leadership roles. Participants will enjoy a morning of networking, engaging discussions, and interactive sessions with like-minded professionals, and gain valuable insights from guest speakers who are trailblazers in their fields.

This year's summit will feature:

...With Purpose - Jacqueline Babb, Senior Lecturer and Director of IMC Full-Time Program
In this session, participants will explore life design through reflective exercises designed to clarify personal values, strengths, and aspirations. Professor Babb will guide you in identifying disconnects between how you spend your time and what truly matters to you, leaving you with a personalized framework and practical steps to realign your career or make incremental changes to bring more fulfillment to each day.

...With Power - Alicia Tillman, CMO of Delta Air Lines
Ms. Tillman will share her personal journey to the C-suite and how she’s used her platform to uplift and empower other women along the way. In this session, she’ll explore what it means to lead with power, activate the collective strength of women, and use your influence to open doors—for yourself and for others.

...with Presence - Lisa Nicole Wilkerson, Award-winning Broadway Actor, Executive Communications Coach & Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern
Blending insights from the stage and the boardroom, this session explores how executive presence shapes perception and drives influence. Prof. Wilkerson will guide participants through techniques in communication, personal branding, and storytelling to enhance leadership presence. You’ll gain practical tools to project confidence, build trust, and lead with clarity and authenticity in any professional setting.
