Leadership Skills for Modern Marketers provides the opportunity to explore, understand, and apply modern leadership insights, strategies, and methods as the foundation to drive organizational growth.

Simply stated, for great ideas to be brought to life, organizations need stakeholders to understand, be aligned, and inspired, so they can reach their full potential. This requires leadership and orchestration skills that make the difference between success and failure. The course is centered on key dimensions of leadership including building and working with high-performing teams, nurturing a psychologically safe, productive environment, providing and receiving feedback to enhance individual development and enterprise performance, cultivating comprehensive, empathic listening skills to ensure meeting people where they are and securing alignment and commitment to action. Through this course, students will begin to reflect on their personal leadership skills, so they can make a difference as leaders starting on day one.
