Please refer to the IMC Undergraduate Certificate Program Statement for a more detailed look into the program.
The IMC Certificate program is open to all undergraduate students at Northwestern. Prerequisite courses are required for admission to the program.
Students must complete the three prerequisite courses by the end of their sophomore year. Students will submit their application to the program in April of their sophomore year, and may begin taking IMC courses the following fall quarter. It will take a minimum of three quarters to complete the five IMC courses.
As an added benefit, students who complete the IMC Certificate can earn the IMC Full-Time master's degree in four quarters instead of five. You also do not need to take the GRE/GMAT to apply to the master's program.
